November Starts with a 2 hour performance at High Tide, with Tina Havelock Stevens, entitled SundDownLow, supported by Tura New Music, on November 11, at the Roundhouse, Fremamntle, WA.
Then Cat is in Europe for 4 weeks: starting in Paris working on a new project with Elaine Radigue, then to Hamburg with Decibel where they will be doing the European premiere of the work they commissioned from Eliane Radigue and Carol Robinson, Occcam Hexa II.
Their concert schedule is as follows:
25 November, 8pm, Hochschule fur Musik und Teatre, Hamburg. Works by German and Australian composers, inluding a performance of 'Sogno 102' by Hope.
26 November, 8pm, Studio 8, Grüntaler Straße 8
Wedding, Berlin. Occam Hexa II (Decibel) and Occam XII (Cat Lamb).
28 November, 8pm, Forum Neue Musik in der Christianskirche, Hamburg. Performance of Radigue/Robinson OCCAM HEXA II, Lionel Marchetti's 'Premiere etude (le ombres) and Hope/Marchetti 'The Earth Defeats Me'.
Then Cat will finalise her tour with a visit to Berlin, where she is working with long time collaborator Kate McMillan, creating sound for a new work,'The Past is Signing in our Teeth', and performed by Louise Devenish at the opening, on December 9, at the Kunstquartier Bethanian, Berlin in partnership with Momentum: Global Platform for Time Based Art.
